I've never heard of anyone saying they saw a ghost of a cat or a ladybug. What makes humans so special that they get to turn into ghosts when they die? Since insects outnumber us, most of these ghosts we see should be bugs, right?

Do people who say they can see ghosts ever see ghosts of animals or insects?

I've heard of people seeing the ghosts of animals. However, u have to remember that most 'ghosts' stay on this earth because of regrets or attachments to their previous lives & that not every soul remains as a ghost. Some may even be scared of ''moving on''.

Animals, bugs & even plants probably do not have as many regrets/attachments as human beings, so therefore they would have no reason to stay here. They also probably would not be scared to move on to the next world or phase of life, as animals & the like tend to listen to their instincts & go with the flow of the natural world more than humans do.

There HAVE been sightings of bears, dogs, cats etc. But as for insects, if only a few stay behind, most r so small u would not be able to really see them even if the were living.

I have know people with the gift of ''discernment of spirits'' that have seen ghosts of animals - usually pets that have died. For some reason though, they do not seem to hang around as long as human ghosts.

I have not only seen, but felt the ghost of a little black dog, which haunts the old house of my grandmother. My mother also saw the same dog when she was a child.

And what about plants? They're alive too. I think I just saw the ghost of some lettuce I ate once.
